'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Experienced Striker Joins Oldham On Loan

Oldham's FA Cup exploits are now on hold with League One survival taking centre stage for a while, with this seeing an experienced head brought in on deadline day to help with this.

Chris Iwelumo has struggled for first-team football with Watford this season but will now get this with Oldham and is "looking forward to it" and will "give it everything" to help Oldham stave off that relegation threat.

The 34-year-old former Scottish international will stay at Boundary Park until the summer with his experience, and undoubted ability, surely likely to be a bonus?
