Oldham Win To Move Out The Drop Zone

Stevenage 1-2 Oldham
19th February 2013

Broadhall Way

Oldham secured a second successive League One victory when they came from behind to win at Stevenage on Tuesday night.

Having seen an initial effort blocked James Dunne (9) followed this up to fire Stevenage into an early lead. Alex Cisak produced a fine save to keep the score at one and send the visitors into the break still in the game.

That save proved a vital moment as a minute into the second half The Latics were level through captain Dean Furman (46).

Victory, and moving out of the relegation zone as a result, was secured by Oldham on the hour when James Tarkowski's (60) diving header gave the visitors a 2-1 win.
