Johnson Sees Potential In Tarkowski

Lee Johnson has said he's looking forward to helping turn James Tarkowski into the player he thinks he's capable of becoming.

Speaking to the Official Site Johnson said that the potential he sees in Tarkowski will see him at least turn into a Championship level player in the future as long as he keeps developing.

I'm really pleased he's staying because he has so much potential, and I want to bring it out. I believe he has the potential to have a very good career and play in the Championship at least...and hopefully for us.'

Johnson says the 20 year old is nowhere near the finished product yet so lots of work remains ahead of him, but those flaws will be ironed out as he gains more experience and the coaching staff work with him on them.
