Goal Means Nothing As We Lost

Goal Means Nothing As We Lost

Charlie MacDonald was left with mixed feelings following the Peterborough game.

Speaking to the Official Site, the 32 year old was pleased to get off the mark for the club, but ultimately it meant nothing as we conceded two.

'From a personal point of view it was good for me to get off the mark at my new club. It meant nothing other than breaking our duck because as a team we would have gone three games without a goal.'

MacDonald does see positives though as he believes we performed far better than we did against Walsall, so at least we are on the right track.
