'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Dockov's View: Brentford h 2-1

Paul Dickov sang the praises of his two goal scorers Oumare Tounkara and Filipe Morais after his side beat Brentford 2-1 at Boundary Park on Saturday.

Tounkara netted the first after getting into a one on one and coolly beating the Bee`s keeper, while Morais scored his first goal for Oldham after coming off the bench.

Robbie Simpson pulled one back for Brentford.

Dickov said: 'I'm delighted for Oumare because he doesn't always get his rewards but he worked ever so hard again and took his goal well.

'And the second goal showed what great ability Filipe has. He has good feet and can go either way so fullbacks find him difficult to read.

'Overall nobody can argue with the result because we were on top for long spells of the game.'
